In order to participate in interscholastic competition at Dysart High School, parent must complete the new process for their athletes to be cleared for athletics. This includes signing up their athlete on Register My Athlete and completing all necessary e-signing for forms on the site. (For instructions to register, click here.) A physical (dated after 3/2017) needs to be completed and a copy of the AIA Physical Packet is available for download on the website www.dhsathletics.org or can be picked up from the office.  

1. Signing up their athlete on Register My Athlete and completing all necessary forms on the site
2. AIA Physical examination dated after March 1, 2017
3. AIA Concussion Course Completed for incoming Freshman and new athletes to DHS

RegisterMyAthlete, AIA Physical Packets and AIA Concussion certificate must be completed and turned in before a student attending a tryout or practice. Please contact the Athletic Office at 623-876-7537 for assistance if needed.
